Pretty Petals Collection
For my first post to the blog, I thought I would highlight the Pretty Petals collection and a fun stamping technique using the Luscious Leaves clear stamp set. This particular card is featured in the March 2008 issue of Cards magazine. To make the 4-leaf clover, I stamped the leaves with lime ink on white cardstock and then cut them out. I glued the leaves together and then put a large brad in the center. I drew out the stem by hand and then stamped "Good Luck" and added a scrap of ribbon. It was fun experimenting with the stamps to come up with a unique way to use them!
Pretty Petals patterned papers: Lovely, Exquisite, Delicate
Have fun creating!

Hi everyone.
I'm Lacintha Naidoo, the Design Team Co-ordinator.
Please join my talented team and I as we share our work, tips and techniques with you, week after week.
We will also be hosting exciting contests and giveaways right here, so make sure you bookmark our blog and stop by to say "hi".
I would love to share one of my favourite new layouts with you today.
This is my first 6x12 format and I think I'll definitely be doing more in this size.
For this page, I used the beautiful London Blush line.
You will notice that although the colours and design are pretty muted, I was still able to achieve a rather graphic look.
If you've worked with this line please post here and link me to your gallery. I'd love to stop by and see what you've done with London Blush.
