Blessings Abound

As summer draws to an end (which happens especially early here on Canada's East Coast!) I wanted to share an autumn layout that I made with A Walk in the Park line. To make the curled paper at the bottom of the layout, cut a strip of paper approximately 2" wide. Take scissors and cut the strips but take care that you don't cut all the way through your paper. Take a pencil and wrap your cut up strips around the pencil and hold them them for a few seconds. When you remove the pencil the curl will remain in the paper. You can uncurl a few pieces so it gives it a more whimsical look. It's a very forgiving technique that only take a small amount of paper so I hope you give this a try!
